Christina Aguilera & Her Boyfriend Matthew Rutler Were Arrested Earlier This Morning For Public Intoxication The Couple Were Stopped By DUI Inspectors When They Were Seen Driving Erratically They Were Kept In Police Custody Until They Were Released After Police Officials Decided To Lay No Charges Against The Burlesque Star Because She Hasn't Comitted Any Criminal Activity.
